How to stick to your routine
As delightful as summer is with its beach days and spontaneous ice cream parlor trips, there's also a downside: you're inclined to exercise less. And that's a shame because maintaining your positive habits makes summer even better. Another nice advantage: you prevent having to pick up your routine again after the summer. Because the longer you do nothing, the harder it is to get back into it.
