Here are 5 quick and healthy breakfast tips to kickstart your day:
1. Quark with Nuts and Seeds
Fortunately, we now have more plant-based options when it comes to dairy and substitutes. A bowl of soy quark or soy yogurt with nuts and seeds is a simple and protein-rich breakfast that will keep you going all morning.
If you need more energy, add some extra fruit and/or a few tablespoons of oats.
2. Oats
Oats are incredibly healthy and nutritious, which is why we use them in our plant-based meal shakes. Oats are also versatile and easy to prepare.
The easiest way to do this is with overnight oats. Put a bowl of oats with berries or raisins, some plant-based milk, and a scoop of plant-based protein in the fridge overnight, add some seeds, and you have a complete breakfast the next morning that's satisfying and packed with healthy nutrients.
3. Smoothie
Protein-rich smoothies are super easy to make and a must for anyone in need of a quick and healthy breakfast. Moreover, you can endlessly vary them and add extra vegetables or other superfoods for an energy boost.

4. Avocado on Toast
Whole grain bread contains good carbohydrates and other essential vitamins and minerals like B-vitamins, magnesium, and iron. Avocados, in particular, contain healthy fats that help you stay full longer and reduce cravings.
Mash an avocado with a fork and toast some whole-grain bread in the meantime. Spread the mashed avocado on the toast and top it with lettuce and cucumber slices, sprinkled with hemp and/or sesame seeds.
