All three are great for recovery, but if fast muscle recovery is your top priority, the Blend is your best choice — especially if you’re aiming to build muscle. The Blend contains more protein and amino acids (BCAAs) than Vegan Protein. As for Clear Protein, think of it as protein lemonade in terms of taste and texture. It’s a refreshing change, especially if you’re not a fan of creamy shakes.
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein — and protein is the building block of your body. The Blend contains more amino acids because we use three different protein sources and add extra BCAAs, which are key for muscle recovery and growth.
Here’s the deal: Protein is already a complete product, but the Blend is even more complete. If you’re looking to get the absolute most out of your training, go for the Blend. Just want to stay (or get) fit, work out a few times a week and recover well in between? Then Protein is more than enough.
Both are great options. If fast recovery or peak performance is your goal, choose the Blend. If you just want to feel good and recover properly after your workouts, Protein will do the job perfectly.
