Chocolate pancakes with strawberries

These chocolate pancakes with strawberries are perfect for breakfast in bed, but they're also delicious as a snack!

Ingredients for 6 pancakes

  • 150 grams of oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 300 ml of unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed (3 tablespoons of water)
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (for fluffy pancakes)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • a few fresh strawberries
  • coconut oil for frying
  • Tip: use a non-stick pan.

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground flaxseed with water and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

  2. Mash the banana and then mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl or food processor.

  3. Heat a little coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Scoop 1/6 of the pancake batter into the pan and cook on both sides for about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip carefully.

  5. Stack the pancakes and top them with strawberries and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

  6. Enjoy for sure!
