Mix the ground flaxseed with water and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

Mash the banana and then mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl or food processor.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Scoop 1/6 of the pancake batter into the pan and cook on both sides for about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip carefully.

Stack the pancakes and top them with strawberries and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
