Fruity smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of oats
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (vanilla, banana, or mango/peach flavor)
  • 200 ml of unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 50 grams of fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • Optional: a handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, Orangefit Protein, banana, ginger powder, and mango (and spinach if desired) together with the plant-based milk until smooth.

  2. Pour it into a bowl and top it with the seeds.

Pro tip: Maca powder is a superfood with many health benefits and a perfect topping for your smoothie bowl.

You can also easily make your bowl to-go. Mix all the ingredients (you can omit the oats if they feel too heavy) until smooth and pour it into your Fit Shaker.
