Green juice granola
Do you like to start your day with a bowl of soy yogurt with fruit and granola? With this recipe, you can make the granola from scratch. Thanks to the superfoods, this recipe is already super healthy, and with a scoop of green juice, you're getting a portion of your daily vitamin intake right away!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseed, quinoa, cinnamon powder, and sea salt. Mix everything together.
- In a small bowl, mix 60 ml of water, honey, and the scoop of green juice until it forms a smooth sauce.
- Add the green juice sauce to the large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly on the surface.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet, stir the granola, and put it back in the oven for another 7 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool (it will become nice and crispy!) and then store it in a sealed container at room temperature.
- You're done! Get some extra rest tonight and enjoy your homemade granola for breakfast tomorrow!"
