Hot cinnamon porridge

Instructions
- Mash the banana and add all the ingredients (except the tahini/peanut butter) to a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly. *The more you stir, the creamier the porridge will become.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the tahini or peanut butter, and optionally, your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or homemade granola.
