Oatmeal bowl with fried peach

Cut the peach in half and grill it for 5 minutes in a grill pan. Optionally, add a splash of agave syrup. Tip: Don't have a grill pan? Cut the peach into slices and sauté it with agave syrup over medium heat in a regular pan for 5 minutes.

Combine the oatmeal with the plant-based milk, mashed banana, flax and hemp seeds, and spices in a saucepan.

Stir until the oatmeal has absorbed almost all of the milk.

Transfer to a bowl and add grilled peach, pumpkin seeds, and optionally some pieces of nuts.
