Oatmeal bowl with fried peach

Now that the weather outside is a bit cooler, it's delightful to provide your body with warm, nutritious meals. So, why not start your day with this protein-rich oatmeal bowl with fried peach? Creamy, comforting, and of course, very tasty!

The great thing about this breakfast recipe is that you don't have to spend a long time in the kitchen in the morning. In just 10-15 minutes, you'll be sitting at the table, giving your body the right nutrients and energy.

Shall we quickly tell you how you can make this oatmeal bowl at home too?

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

  • 30 grams of oatmeal
  • 250 ml of unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein in the flavor you prefer
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp of ground flaxseed + hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 or 2 peaches
  • A pinch of cinnamon or gingerbread spices
  • Handful of unsalted nuts
  • A splash of agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut the peach in half and grill it for 5 minutes in a grill pan. Optionally, add a splash of agave syrup. Tip: Don't have a grill pan? Cut the peach into slices and sauté it with agave syrup over medium heat in a regular pan for 5 minutes.

  2. Combine the oatmeal with the plant-based milk, mashed banana, flax and hemp seeds, and spices in a saucepan.

  3. Stir until the oatmeal has absorbed almost all of the milk.

  4. Transfer to a bowl and add grilled peach, pumpkin seeds, and optionally some pieces of nuts.

  5. Enjoy another energetic day!
