Protein-rich coconut yogurt with speculoos granola

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Chop the nuts and dates into pieces and melt the coconut oil.

Then, mix all the dry ingredients together and add the coconut oil and agave syrup.

Mix this well and then spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Tip: Want really crispy granola? Stir the granola halfway through and let it cool well after baking.
