Overnight oats with banana and blueberries

We don't need to explain anymore how important it is to have breakfast, right? You're giving your body fuel and nutrients so you can face the morning full of energy. Having overnight oats for breakfast is not only very easy, but also very versatile.

Keep adding different ingredients so that this breakfast never gets boring. How about pieces of dark chocolate? Another flavor of Orangefit Protein? Fresh strawberries or maybe bits of date? The possibilities are endless, so feel free to discover what else you'd enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 scoop of Orangefit Protein
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a few blueberries
  • 150 ml of unsweetened almond or oat milk

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a sealable jar.
  3. Seal the jar and place it in the fridge, letting it sit for at least 3 hours. Tip: Prepare the banana overnight oats the evening before.
  4. It can be that simple.
