Quinoa Breakfast Bowl with Apple and Cinnamon

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1/2 apple
  • 45 grams quinoa
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 1/2 scoop Orangefit Chocolate Protein

Instructions

  1. Cut the apple into pieces (you don't need to remove the peel).

  2. Add quinoa, apple, water, and almond milk to a saucepan. Reduce the heat to low so that it simmers gently. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Afterward, add the cinnamon, Fit Green Protein, and agave syrup, and stir well.

  4. Transfer to a bowl and optionally add a bit more almond milk.

  5. Sprinkle some extra cinnamon or perhaps some ground flaxseed on top.
