Banana protein bread
Super delicious and packed with good nutrients: plant-based banana protein bread! Perfect for around your workout or as a snack.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Cut three bananas and 75 grams of dates into pieces and put them in a blender.
- Add the almond milk to the blender.
- Blend until you have a smooth batter with hardly any visible pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the spelt flour, Orangefit, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the blender mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a thick batter.
- Cut the fourth banana and the remaining 75 grams of dates into pieces. Gently fold these into the batter.
- Add the walnuts to the batter as well.
- Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and place it in the oven.
- Let it bake for 45-50 minutes.
- When a fork comes out clean, it's ready to enjoy!
