Pancakes with Greens
Everybody loves pancakes! Do you prefer to eat them in a healthy way? Then we have the perfect recipe for you. And with the addition of a scoop of green juice, you're doing even better: that way, you're getting 30% of your daily vitamin needs right away!
Instructions
- Grind the oat flakes into flour using the blender attachment of a hand blender.
- Add soy milk, banana, cinnamon powder, and a scoop of green juice to the flour. Blend everything into a smooth pancake batter using a hand blender or blender.
- Put a little oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the batter. Are you making a stack of small pancakes or one large pancake? Flip them after a few minutes so both sides cook evenly.
- Place the pancake(s) on a plate.
- Optional: add extra flavor with toppings! Some soy yogurt or fresh fruit, for example.
- Enjoy your meal!
