Zucchini soup with green juice
Craving a delicious big pot of soup? With this recipe, you can have a liter of soup on the table in no time. Super healthy and 100% plant-based. It's enough for dinner for two people or enjoy it for several days as lunch.

Instructions
- Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, and cube the zucchinis.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a soup pot. Sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes over medium-high heat.
- Add the zucchinis once the onion becomes translucent. Stir everything well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add a liter of water and the bouillon cubes, bring to a boil, and let it simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.
- Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Then, add the plant-based cream and the scoops of green juice. Stir everything well.
- Taste the soup and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Divide into bowls. Enjoy your meal!
