Black Bean Chocolate Brownies
Healthy and delicious brownies packed with protein! Made with ingredients like chocolate, black beans, and Orangefit Protein.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Line the brownie tin with parchment paper.
- Put the black beans in a sieve and rinse them.
- Place all the ingredients for the brownies in the food processor (excluding any optional chocolate).
- It will form a thick batter, so it's normal if it's a bit difficult to scoop out of the food processor.
- Put the mixture in the brownie tin.
- Crush the 40 grams of chocolate and distribute it over the brownie (you can also mix some pieces into the dough if you prefer).
- Bake the brownies for about 15 minutes in the oven.
- When you take them out of the oven, they will still feel a bit soft – this is normal.
- Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and eating.
