Chocolate chip cookie bars
This is definitely one of our tastiest recipes so far!
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.

Put the coconut oil in the small mixing bowl and add all the other wet ingredients.

In the large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them together with a spatula.

It will become a firm batter/dough.

Crush the chocolate and fold it into the batter.

Place a piece of baking paper in the baking dish and spray it with baking spray.

Put the batter in the baking dish and press it flat with the spatula.
- Tip: Wet the spatula a bit to make it easier, this way the dough sticks less to the spatula.

Put the cookie bars in the oven for 15 minutes.

Let them cool a bit before attacking!
