Coconut Chia Pudding with Mango

Are you looking for an easy recipe for a delicious breakfast? Then try our coconut chia pudding with fresh mango. This recipe is also perfect to combine with our Collagen Booster (great for collagen production).

The creamy coconut chia pudding is super easy to make, ready in just 10 minutes in the fridge, and all you need to do is add some tasty fresh mango (or other fresh fruit) and optionally some extra grated coconut on top. Enjoy! 

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • Fresh fruit like mango
  • Optional: 1 scoop of Collagen Booster

Instructions

  1. First, add all the dry ingredients to the chia seeds and mix them together well.
  2. Transfer this mixture to a sealable jar or container, then add the plant-based milk and agave syrup.
  3. Stir everything together thoroughly and seal the jar or container.
  4. Next, refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Tip: If you find the chia pudding too liquid, add some more chia seeds, gently stir, and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. After taking the coconut chia pudding out of the fridge, add some delicious fresh fruit like mango, banana, or peach.

Ready to eat!
