Healthy energy bars for snacking in between
It's always nice to have healthy snacks at home or to take to the gym. This ensures you always have enough energy and makes it a lot easier to keep eating healthily.

Instructions
- Start by soaking the dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Then, blend all the ingredients together (except for the coconut flakes) until you get a sticky mixture.
- Line a baking dish (such as a brownie pan) with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture into the dish, making sure the bars are about 1 cm thick.
- Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and gently press them down.
- Now, cover and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Afterward, use a sharp knife to cut out 8 energy bars.
Tip: You can store the bars in the refrigerator for a few days in an airtight container or freeze them for later.
