Oat chocolate fudge squares

Ingredients

  • 130 grams date syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 150 grams pure peanut butter
  • 200 grams oats
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 40 grams Orangefit Protein vanilla/chocolate

Instructions

1. Place a piece of parchment paper in a brownie pan.

2. Mix the date syrup with the vanilla extract, water, and 50 grams of peanut butter.

3. Then, add the oats to the mixture.

4. Line the brownie pan with this mixture.

5. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler along with the remaining peanut butter.

6. Spread this mixture over the one in the brownie pan.

7. Optionally, sprinkle some oat flakes and coconut flakes on top.
