Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies
Delicious peanut butter chocolate cookies with 5 grams of protein each!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) together into a dough.
- If the dough is too wet, add some extra flour.
- If the dough is too dry, add some extra agave.
- Spray the muffin tin with baking spray.
- Form 12 balls from the dough.
- Place them in the muffin cups and gently press them flat with a wet spoon.
- Bake the cookies for 6 minutes in the oven.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Take the cookies out of the oven and place the chocolate on top.
* The cookies may seem undercooked when you take them out of the oven, but that's how they should be. They will harden as they cool!
