Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies

Delicious peanut butter chocolate cookies with 5 grams of protein each!

Ingredients (12 cookies)

  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla or Chocolate Protein
  • 2 tablespoons of spelt flour/buckwheat flour/whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of natural applesauce
  • 100 grams of pure peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons of agave syrup/date syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 pieces of dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) together into a dough.
  3. If the dough is too wet, add some extra flour.
  4. If the dough is too dry, add some extra agave.
  5. Spray the muffin tin with baking spray.
  6. Form 12 balls from the dough.
  7. Place them in the muffin cups and gently press them flat with a wet spoon.
  8. Bake the cookies for 6 minutes in the oven.
  9. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  10. Take the cookies out of the oven and place the chocolate on top.

* The cookies may seem undercooked when you take them out of the oven, but that's how they should be. They will harden as they cool!
