Protein mugcake with banana ice cream
Delicious mugcake with banana ice cream and 15 grams of protein each. Incredibly tasty and 100% plant-based!
Instructions
- The night before, put a ripe banana in pieces in the freezer (tip: do several at once for another time).
- Put all the ingredients for the mugcakes in a bowl and mix well.
- Spray a mug with baking spray.
- Divide the mixture over the mugs.
- Put it in the microwave for three minutes until it's cooked.
- Take the banana out of the freezer and put it in a food processor/blender with almond milk and cinnamon.
- Take the mugcake out of the mug and put it on a plate.
- Make a scoop of banana ice cream and put it on the cake.
