Protein-rich hot chocolate
Protein-rich hot chocolate with plant-based whipped cream.
Instructions

Put all the ingredients except the whipped cream in a small saucepan and heat them gradually until everything is well mixed; do this with a whisk.

In a separate bowl, take the Alpro Soy for whipping and use an electric mixer to whip it for about 2-3 minutes until it's airy.

You won't need all of it, so use as much as you like.

It won't be exactly like real whipped cream, but it should become a firm texture.

Pour the warm hot chocolate into a tall glass.

Top it with some whipped cream.

Sprinkle some cocoa on top of the whipped cream and enjoy!
