Oat chocolate muffins

Oats, Orangefit Protein, and chocolate combined in 12 delicious muffins.  

Ingredients (12 pieces)

  • 200 grams oats
  • 2 scoops of Orangefit Protein
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • 300 grams ripe bananas (approximately 3 bananas)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 250 ml water
  • 25 grams melted coconut oil
  • 85 grams date syrup
  • 40 grams dark chocolate, chopped into pieces

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 195 degrees Celsius (383 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Put the first 4 ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix everything together with a spatula.

3. Put the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate) into another mixing bowl and mix them together as well.

4. Combine the contents of the two bowls and mix them thoroughly.

5. Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the batter using a spatula.

6. Place the paper muffin liners in the muffin tin.

7. Bake the muffins in the oven for 25 minutes.

8. Let them cool in the oven with a piece of parchment paper on top, then enjoy!

Tip: If you have a combination oven/microwave with only top heating, cover the muffins with parchment paper after 10 minutes to prevent them from burning. In a regular oven with both top and bottom heating, this should not be necessary.
