Peanut butter lovers, pay attention: these peanut butter muffins are for you! A perfect protein-rich snack for in-between or to enjoy during breakfast. Made from plant-based and nutritious ingredients like oats, banana, and a handful of nuts, and of course, a generous scoop of peanut butter.

Ingredients (12 pieces)

  • 200 grams of oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • 2 scoops of Orangefit Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml plant-based milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 25 grams of nuts (chopped)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: agave syrup

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Pulverize half of the oats into flour, then mix all the dry ingredients together.

3. Next, add the peanut butter, mashed banana, plant-based milk, and optionally some extra agave syrup.

4. Stir the batter thoroughly.

5. Grease the muffin tray with coconut oil and fill the cups about ¾ full with the batter.

6. Place the peanut butter muffins in the oven for 30 minutes.

7. Allow the muffins to cool well after baking.
