Ingredients (for 10 slices)

  • 100 grams of oatmeal (ground into flour)
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 100 grams of raw nuts
  • 2 scoops of Orangefit Protein (banana or vanilla flavor)
  • 100 ml of oat or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed (mixed with 6 tablespoons of water)
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of speculaas and cookie spices
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Add water to the flaxseed and let it sit for 5 minutes.

3. Chop the nuts into pieces, grind the oatmeal into oat flour, and mash 2 bananas.

4. Then, mix all the ingredients by hand until everything is well combined.

5. Place a sheet of parchment paper in a loaf pan and scoop the banana bread mixture into it.

6. Slice the remaining banana horizontally in half and place it on top of the batter.

7. Now, place the loaf pan in the oven for about 50 minutes. Tip: start checking with a skewer from 40 minutes onwards to see if the banana bread is cooked. Repeat this every 5 to 10 minutes. If there's not much batter left on the skewer, the banana bread is ready.

8. Enjoy!
