Proteïne cookie dough bites

To be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle successfully, there need to be simple solutions for enjoying tasty and healthy snacks. These cookie dough bites are a perfect example of such an easy yet delicious recipe!   

Ingredients (for 12 pieces)

  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein
  • 4 tablespoons (60 grams) of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Melt 150 grams of chocolate using a double boiler (bring water in a saucepan to a boil, place a bowl on top of the saucepan, and put the chocolate in the bowl).

  2. Mix the honey with Orangefit Protein and peanut butter to make the cookie dough (it should form a firm ball).

  3. Break the remaining 50 grams of chocolate into pieces and mix it into the cookie dough.

  4. Divide half of the melted chocolate among the muffin molds.

  5. Divide the cookie dough into 12 equal pieces

  6. shape them into small rounds.

  7. Place these rounds on top of the chocolate in the molds.

  8. Pour the remaining chocolate over the molds.

  9. Put the cookie dough bites in the freezer and let them set for at least an hour before tasting!
