Pumpkin-Oat Protein Bars
Perfect for breakfast or as a pre-workout snack with 10 grams of protein per bar!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put a pot of water on the stove and add the pumpkin once the water is boiling.
- Let it cook for 15-20 minutes until it's soft.
- Put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- When the pumpkin is ready, drain it and blend it with a hand blender.
- Add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and put the mixture in it.
- Optionally, top it off with chocolate or other toppings as you like.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then let it cool in the oven while turning it off.
- Once the pumpkin-oat mixture has cooled, you can cut it into bars.
- Then, you can make it even tastier with nuts and fruit if you'd like!
