Raw Protein Brownies
A variation on the oven-baked brownie: raw Orangefit protein brownies. No baking time, so ready in no time. Delicious as a snack or pre/post workout treat!
Instructions
- Put the cashews in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add the fresh dates to the cashews and blend until well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and let it run in the food processor for about a minute.
- It should have a firm and sticky consistency —> it shouldn't be so sticky that you can't get it off your hands.
- Too wet? Add some coconut flakes or protein powder.
- Too dry? Add some extra date syrup.
- Put a piece of parchment paper in a brownie tin.
- Put the raw brownie mixture in the tin and place it in the refrigerator.
- After an hour, they are perfect to cut!
- Storing them in the fridge is enough! They don't need to be in the freezer.
Tip: Optionally, add cocoa nibs or raisins for an extra bite!
