Vegan protein oreo

Ingredients (for 6 Oreos)

For the cookies:

  • 10 grams of cocoa powder
  • 15 grams of Orangefit Protein
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of date syrup
  • 4 fresh dates

For the filling:

  • 1 tablespoon of date syrup
  • 10 grams of coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • 10 grams of Orangefit Protein
  • 1 teaspoon of (melted) coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Mix the ingredients for the cookies in a food processor until you have a firm dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 small balls.
  4. Flatten the balls on the bottom of muffin cups (this will create the ridges on the cookies).
  5. Place the muffin cups in a muffin tin.
  6. Put the muffin tin in the oven and bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes.
  7. They will still feel soft at first but will harden as they cool.
  8. Once the cookies have cooled, you can proceed with the filling.
  9. Mix the ingredients for the filling together.
  10. If your mixture is too crumbly, add a bit of water.
  11. Make 6 balls from the filling.
  12. Roll out the balls over 6 of the halves of your cookies and sandwich them with the other halves.
