Red velvet bliss balls

Instructions
1. Let the dates soak in hot water for 10 minutes beforehand; this will make them nice and soft and easier to blend.
2. Drain them well and then add them to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients (except the coconut flakes).
3. Blend until most of the ingredients are well mixed; it's okay if there are still some small pieces, as this will give your bliss balls a nice texture!
4. Now, roll 14 small balls from the red velvet mixture.
5. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on a plate and roll the bliss balls in them.
6. Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make them extra firm.
7. Store the bliss balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for longer.
