Protein-Packed and Plant-Based
These snowball bliss balls are plant-based, protein-rich, and you can make them in just a few simple steps. Perfect as a snack or pre-workout treat!

Instructions
- Pre-soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes (this will make them softer).
- Drain the dates and then blend them together with the rest of the ingredients (excluding the toppings) in a food processor until all the ingredients are roughly ground.
- Knead the mixture between your hands and form approximately 10 bliss balls.
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar and/or shredded coconut on a plate and roll the bliss balls in it until you have vegan snowball bliss balls ;-)
- Store the bliss balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for longer.
