Super plant-based protein cookies

Ingredients (2 pieces)

  • ​​1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 25 grams of coconut flour
  • 15 grams of peanut butter powder (brand: PB2)
  • 1 tablespoon of date syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 ml of water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones.
  3. Form one big ball with your hands.
  4. Divide it into two.
  5. Shape these into two cookies —> it should be a little sticky, but it shouldn't stick to your hands.
  6. Top with anything you like; cocoa nibs, seeds/nuts, coconut flakes, etc.
