Super plant-based protein cookies
Protein cookies! But just a bit different. You don't have to bake them, they have a really short ingredient list (clean cookies), and they're still incredibly and surprisingly delicious.
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones.
- Form one big ball with your hands.
- Divide it into two.
- Shape these into two cookies —> it should be a little sticky, but it shouldn't stick to your hands.
- Top with anything you like; cocoa nibs, seeds/nuts, coconut flakes, etc.
