Valentine's Bliss Balls

Instructions
- If necessary, allow the fruit to thaw.
- Blend the pre-cooked beetroot and extract the juice by using a sieve or an old tea towel.
- Puree the dates and the red fruit.
- Chop the nuts into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients together (except the coconut flakes) by hand. It's okay if there are still some chunks in the "batter".
- Use your hands to roll evenly sized bliss balls.
- Sprinkle some coconut flakes on a plate and roll the raspberry bliss balls in them.
- Place the balls in the fridge for an hour to firm up even more.
