Protein fruitcakes with chocolate chunks
Fruitcakes with raspberries and protein, are you convinced yet? Toss them in your bag for work or bring them to the gym. This recipe makes enough for two pieces. Enjoy!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Blend the first 5 ingredients in a food processor/blender.
- Fold the raspberries into the mixture using a spatula.
- Place a piece of parchment paper in the cake molds.
- Spray it with baking spray.
- Divide the mixture between the two cake molds.
- Bake for approximately an hour in the oven or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Take one piece of chocolate and spread it over one cake, and the other piece of chocolate over the other cake.
- Let them cool and then spread peanut butter over the chocolate layer (optional)
