A delightful sweet smoothie that provides your body with energy, that's exactly how we would describe this smoothie. An energy bomb! You can also enjoy the blackberry smoothie as a light snack, just leave out the oats in that case.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh (or frozen) blackberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 30 grams of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of chia or flax seeds
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 200 ml of water or unsweetened oat milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Tip: If you find the smoothie too thick, add some extra water or plant-based milk.
  2. Enjoy the smoothie right away or take it with you on the go.
