Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

This protein-rich blueberry vanilla smoothie is perfect for after your workout. Not only great for building and repairing your muscles, but also very nutritious and tasty. In short, everything that makes your body happy! 

Ingredients

  • 75 grams of (frozen) blueberries
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 50 grams of oats

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Want a thicker consistency? Then add some plant-based yogurt or quark.

  3. Prefer a thinner consistency? Then add a bit more water or plant-based milk.

  4. TIP: Add some cinnamon for a different flavor!
