Green Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

The smoothie bowl remains one of our favorite recipes to share with you. What's so great about the smoothie bowl is that you can endlessly vary with ingredients and flavors. This plant-based green breakfast smoothie bowl is made with ingredients like spinach, mango, and oats. The smoothie is naturally sweet due to the fruit, but it also contains nourishing vitamins and minerals!

For the toppings of the smoothie bowl, we've chosen our favorite nuts and seeds. This adds good fats to the smoothie, contributing to a healthy body. Of course, you can also vary with the toppings. For example, try adding fresh blueberries, pure cacao nibs, or grated coconut.

Tip: You can also add a scoop of our green juice to make your smoothie even greener! 

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie bowl)

  • 100 grams (frozen) mango
  • 1 (frozen) banana
  • 1 generous handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 cm of fresh peeled ginger (optional)
  • 30 grams of oats
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein in vanilla or banana flavor
  • 200 ml of plant-based milk
  • Toppings: 1 handful of mixed nuts and 1 tsp of hemp and flax seeds

Instructions

  1. If desired, peel the mango and banana, then add them along with the rest of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.

Tip: Is the smoothie too thin? Add some extra oats. Too thick? Add a bit more water or plant-based milk.
