Do you want a tasty smoothie that also gives a real boost to your immune system? Well, you just clicked on the perfect recipe! This green smoothie is a breeze to make and is packed with 12 nutritious ingredients like spinach, maca powder, and hemp seeds.

Tip: You can also add a scoop of our green juice to make your smoothie even greener!

Ingredients for 2 smoothies

  • A generous handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 carrot
  • a handful of frozen cranberries
  • a handful of fresh or frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cm piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla or Banana Protein
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil
  • 1 glass of water

Instructions

  1. Wash the carrot and apple (and if necessary, the spinach), cut them into pieces, and peel the ginger.

  2. Add this along with the rest of the ingredients to the blender.

  3. Blend at high speed for about 30 seconds.

  4. Pour into a glass and optionally, drink with a straw.
