Warm apple pie smoothie with plant-based protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped into small pieces
  • 200 ml soy yogurt
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 tbsp date syrup

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a sturdy blender for about 20 seconds.

2. It's okay if some small apple pieces remain, but if you prefer a smoother consistency, blend for approximately 50-60 seconds.

3. Divide it into 2 mugs.

4. Microwave for approximately 1.5 minutes.
