It's Halloween, so here's a delicious protein-packed pumpkin smoothie with oats! Great for breakfast or as a post-workout meal. This way, you give your body a real boost of plant-based proteins.

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie)

  • 100 grams of cooked and cooled pumpkin
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 20 grams of oats
  • 250 ml of oat or almond milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cook the pumpkin until it's tender, which usually takes about 10 minutes, and let it cool.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth mixture.
