Protein-Packed Strawberry Cashew Smoothie

A smoothie is the ideal way to get the right nutrients. It's fuel for your body for a new day, whether you're sitting behind your laptop working or getting ready for a good workout! This strawberry cashew smoothie is sweet in taste, protein-rich, and creamy in texture. Plus, it's super easy to make.

Ingredients for 1 smoothie

  • 100 grams of strawberries
  • 20 grams of oats
  • 1/2 scoop of Orangefit Protein (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp of flaxseed or chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • 30 grams of cashews
  • 200 ml of unsweetened oat or almond milk

Tip: Soak the cashews in water for a few hours before blending. You can do this the night before and let the cashews soak overnight.

Instructions

  1. Drain the cashews.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

If you find the smoothie too thick, add some extra plant-based milk or water.
