Protein-rich Avocado Cucumber Smoothie

We're happy to explain how you can make this avocado cucumber smoothie yourself. 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber (about 125 grams)
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (vanilla or mango/peach)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and skin from one half. Add this half (1/4 of the whole avocado) to the blender.

  2. Peel the half cucumber, cut it into large pieces, and add it to the blender.

  3. Wash the apple and remove the core (you don't have to remove the skin - it's even healthier with the skin!) and add it to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. How do you like the texture of the smoothie?

  6. Tip: Add a bit more milk or water to adjust the consistency to your liking.

  7. Tip: Add some ice cubes and blend for a refreshingly cool drink.
