Ingredients

  • 100 grams of (frozen) red berries
  • 30 grams of oatmeal
  • 200 ml of water or plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Tip: if you find the smoothie too thick, you can add a bit more water.
  2. Pour into a glass or a travel cup: enjoy your breakfast!
