Smoothie with mango and green tea

The slightly bitter taste of green tea pairs wonderfully refreshing with the sweet flavor of mango. What's also great? You can whip up this smoothie in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • The flesh of half a mango 
  • 200 ml brewed green tea (cooled) 
  • 1/2 scoop of Orangefit Protein mango/peach
  • 25 grams of oats (optional) 
  • A pinch of ginger powder

Instructions

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. If you find the smoothie too thick, you can add some extra green tea or water to thin it out.

2. To make a smoothie bowl, add some extra oats! Pour it into a bowl and add your favorite healthy toppings.
