Yogurt strawberry banana smoothie

Start your day with this smooth operator featuring yogurt, strawberries, and banana. A real charmer that will keep you satisfied for hours and only takes five minutes of your time. Perfect for busy mornings and in between tasks and projects. Skip the small talk and let's blend!

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

  • 30 grams of oats
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (vanilla or banana flavor)
  • 6 tablespoons of plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • A handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • A pinch of cinnamon and ginger powder
  • 100 ml of plant-based milk or water
  • Tip: Add some (previously) cooked cauliflower for extra nutrients without affecting the taste!

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.

  2. Pour the banana and strawberry smoothie into a glass or your to-go cup.

  3. Enjoy it!
