Snacks make weight loss easier. They prevent you from getting too hungry between meals, so we're big fans. But which snacks are suitable? Plenty of options, as long as they don't exceed 150-200 calories and are preferably rich in protein or fiber, as these are the most filling.
Here are our favorites:
- 200 ml of yogurt (preferably sugar-free) with half a scoop of Diet.
- 200 ml of yogurt (preferably sugar-free) with a few pieces of fruit.
- 200 ml of yogurt (preferably sugar-free) with a bit of oatmeal or granola.
- 1 piece of fruit like an apple, banana, pear, or orange.

Absolutely. You don't need to pay attention to the numbers on the scoop. For each shake, use 2 leveled scoops and 300-400ml of water or (plant-based) milk. The numbers on the scoop are not grams but cc's and are standard on the scoops.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. Diet contains a lot of fiber, which can initially cause some digestive discomfort. One tip is to drink enough water around the time you consume Diet. Fiber simply can't work without moisture. They act like sponges and need moisture to swell. If you don't drink enough, fiber can have the opposite effect and lead to constipation.
As a second tip, you can consider taking probiotics. Probiotics are the good bacteria that help keep your gut flora healthy and your digestive system running smoothly.
